Important notes and terms
- A special discount is available against full cash payment at the time of booking.
- All extra charges are payable within 180 days from the date of booking.
- All installments must be deposited before the 10th of every month.
- The booking token is valid for 3 days only.
- All installment payments shall be made by cheque, pay order or demand draft in favour of the company, crossed "Payee's Account Only". Cash will not be accepted.
- Lease documentation expenses and charges for electricity (transformer, meter etc.), gas, water and sewerage connections are not included in the above cost and shall be payable by the allottee on demand.
- The allocation of a unit shall remain provisional until full and final payment is received by the company.
- The terms and conditions in the Application Form are the essence of this payment schedule, and the buyer undertakes to abide by them.
